Reversing & Not Wearing Seat Belt | NSW & Victoria, AUS

In Victoria, Australia you are exempt from wearing a seat belt when reversing, and this road rule applies for all drivers.

In the state of Victoria, Australia, you are exempt from wearing a seat belt when reversing. This road rule applies to all drivers.

 

In New South Wales, Australia you are exempt from wearing a seat belt when reversing, unless you are a learner driver.

Drivers are not requred to wear seatbelt when reversing in NSW. This rule does not apply to learner drivers.
